Alice Kemp (b.1972 UK) lives and works in the South West of England where she continually develops a practice that encompasses experimental music and audio composition, public and private ritual/performance, drawing and painting, crude doll-making, open poetry, and installation. Largely informed by dream, tension, and subtle trance state, her work has been described as hypnotic, intense, unnerving, beautiful, dark and reflective, aggressive, confusing, meditative, pointless, brave, delicate, and absurd. Occasionally under the name Germseed, she has performed solo and collaboratively in the UK, USA, Europe, and Japan.
